They pushing to get it down to 20. The speed limit isn't my issue, it's how they find every way to take every penny from us. There's even speed cameras on the highway now. Tickets and fines are a huge part of the city's budget. On top of federal and state taxes we gotta pay nyc and poor people taxes, because that's who they target.
