whats rent/property river dale like?

We bought. It's spacious out here. My spot is cool. I got a nice 2 bedroom corner apt with a balcony on the 20th floor. I can see the hudson river and the long island sound from my apt. My maintenance is a little high because of the doorman, gym and pool, but its affordable for us. Just gotta realize it's pretty much suburban out here but it works for us. Everyone in my building are mad polite. But if you single, this area might not be the move for you.

You're on top by 9A aren't you? That's the highest you can go in Riverdale to have that view.
