I'm sure the meat the public school system in a major city gets is the lowest of the low

I done saw some bologna in jail that had to be made on site, I still don't understand how they can produce such a fukked up product, its like they purposely fukked it up on purpose.

Not sure why this is being considered something new.
When i was in school we had days where they just served PB&J sandwiches or Grilled Cheese sandwiches and Tomato soup.
Ya'll don't remember this lovely platter? had to eat this all time as a youth,
