Mobley's an example of why teams typically ship out youth when they enter these win-now windows. It's almost unfair to ask a 2nd year player to grow up that fast, the same thing would've happened to a Giannis or Jokic if their teams had real expectations right away.

Even last year's champion is a great example, 2nd year Minnesota Wiggins wouldn't have been able to contribute in the same way GS Wiggs did.
