I’m saying Garland had some success tonight going to the rim. He had to commit to scoring though and not trying to dump the ball off man. He had two turnovers tonight doing that. I felt levert can definitely put the ball on the floor. He’s quick enough to get to the rim he’s done it before but same thing commit to scoring. His turnovers came tonight from driving the trying to dumb it off to the post same as garland. They not looking to score enough and be aggressive. Knicks is getting off on your in an iso offense sometimes. They passive trying to play for the best option other than looking to score. I feel in those situations if you have to drive look to score unless it’s going to a for sure bucket.

Levert isn't consistent, if he was, he wouldn't have been trade bait; he tends to get sloppy with his handle. If you notice, he ALWAYS gets stripped going to his right because his dribble is high. But, Garland needs to understand that in the playoffs, as the point guard, you have to know when to push the pace, when to move the ball, and to make sure that the offense gets in good sets, consistently. Efficiency is incredibly important in the playoffs because you tend to have less possessions. You take your shots when they're available, not force the issue. Ultimately though, the Cavs HAVE to find an answer at the 3. They don't necessarily need a Lebron type, but they need a 3 who can consistently get you at minimum, 10-12 ppg. Whether or not that person is on the roster, remains to be seen. They've got a bunch of projects in Stevens, Mobley and Okoro, but that's about it. If the Cavs do NOT come out aggressive and punch the Knicks in the mouth on Sunday, the series is over.
