Nas is a global icon breh. Stop the shennanigans lol. When you think "Hip Hop". Nas face comes up in people's minds before any of the other names I listed.


Its deeper than record sales. Also remember Nas was the first to pop out of all the names on my list. So selling records in the early to mid 90s is different than coming in after Hip Hop already exploded due to 2pac/Biggie shyt post mid/late 90s like Jay n everybody else did.


He is actually one of the main reasons that took hip hop out of NY n made it a global phenomena.

At this point I truly believe it's karma.

Cause alot of the old heads seemed primed to live past 70 +(Jada/Styles P/Q-Tip/Jay/50 etc)

But anyone who had a chance or is coming up is dead or failed potential (Juelz)
