I don't think they're necessarily badly matched or there's that much distance between them.
yet, if pressed, I'd say Arianna is top 2 to me but Kelani is probably at...5? I don't really know how the math works but in my head it makes sense. Like... between Arianna and Kelani I definitely got Sol, probably got Lash, possibly Nyx and conceivably Lola if she never speaks.
Yet this 2 vs 5 matchup still feels close.

I think it's a testament to how fine the frontrunners in NXT are that some of these matchups are gonna be buzzerbeaters. It's some real Any Given Tuesday shyt.
Main roster couldn't have these close games right now - there's a top set and then there's the field.
And AEW's hierarchy may as well be carved in stone for how immovable it is.
NXT got some shyt Fallon just got washed, dried, folded and put away... but she'd probably make the finals in a main roster contest if we didn't count the people with melanin.
