AEW has Jericho/Moxley and "a bunch of indy dudes" and NXT has Finn Balor and "a bunch of indy dudes" ... I mean, let's not try to rewrite history now.

People originally said that dudes like Adam Cole were on the level of Kenny Omega..

Now it's "NXT is just bums" :dahell:

exactly man its really just a bunch of

NXT messed up not putting Lee over after Survivor Series. They just beat AEW in the ratings, dude was hot, but they wanted to keep going with this boring Ciampa/Cole stuff.

People talk about HHH being the guy after Vince but they still don't understand that wrestling is fake and the belts are fake but the reactions and intrigue are what matter.

It went from AEW's gonna "die" to TNT re-upping them for 3 years. If I was a hater I'd be mad too :yeshrug:.
I really don’t get how anyone can be displeased about this. All we’ve all done, or most of us, for the past few years is bytch about wwe. How it’s stale, how it needs new blood, how it feels neutered. To say nothing of all the shyt outside of the ring that we bytch about. So another company comes along and is legitimately doing well and building a brand and its name value and in less than three months of it being on national tv, it’s got another deal and expanding.
This is good for wrestling. Period. And it’s great for WWE because they need legitimate competition.

If you combine NXT and AEW’s ratings (1,640,000) it’s still 980,000 less than what RAW did Monday, ON a holiday. Those are the harsh realities

not riding for either side, but I don't get this holiday argument most of the time, unless its Christmas, thanksgiving or something.

act like wrestling fans are out here celebrating MLK day brehs.
on a Monday night before people go back to work, on top of that.

What AEW has done in a short time is more than anyone was expecting.

I predicted it actually.:smugfavre:

Ain't it kind of wack that a promotion has to have a proverbial gun to their head to act right and live up to their potential?

WWE will never truly be under threat again like in the 90's because they have become idiot proof. They got 2 billion in TV deals with a wack ass ice cold product. They really don't have to try anymore even with AEW around because AEW will never be a threat to WWE $$$ wise.
