Can't we all just agree both their ratings aren't good?

That's what I've been saying, these ratings suck even when they're "high".

I don’t necessarily think either suck though to be honest


It’s funny in the sense of this being a “war” when it’s literally a brand spanking new company and WWE’s development brand scrapping over the same 400k fans, and AEW pretty easily winning 96% of the time.


I’m sure AEW at least is performing fine in it’s timeslot, and NXT is only there to be a disturbance. Ratings aren’t trash, but there’s still a clear hierarchy


WWE’s flagship programming is like the NBA, NXT is the G League and AEW is Ice Cube’s BIG3. Big 3 is on the rise, more people watch it than they do the G League.. but at the end of the day, the NBA is still the NBA

Saying AEW isn’t on the rise because their ratings don’t continuously grow weekly is like saying a rapper like.. let’s say JID, isn’t on the rise because his music isn’t charting every week. Like fukk the fact that his following and fanbase is growing. fukk the endorsements he’s getting and the quality of his music.. he’s a failing artist because his singles aren’t billboard chart toppers. Not really.
TNT's highest rated show ever was Rizzolli & Isles which used to get like 3 to 4 million viewers a week. That show aired it's last episode in 2016 and none of the currently airing scripted shows on TNT even come close to that.

The highest rated scripted show on TNT currently is Animal Kingdom which gets like 1.2 million viewers a week.
Snowpiercer averages around 900k a week.
Claws is averaging around 800k a week.

AEW averaged around 800k a week for TNT in 2020.

Tnt has one thing in common...alot of shows flops and the ones that stay lose viewers(aew has lost at least 50k viewers every year)
