NXT vs AEW Ratings Thread

NXT need to stop hot shotting these Takeover level cards and throwing in some main roster stars just to get a W on AEW. It's not sustainable and it clearly makes no long term difference as the audience just goes back to AEW when they're having a more typical show. They need to find a way to make their shows more consistently appealling because if their goal is to damage AEW, it's not working very well.

Basically they dropped them because it was too expensive, then wanted to sign them back, then decided that they would just go ahead with AEW. I'm sure Vince is excited about this because he loves it when he has to fight for something, Vince is always at his best when he has to fight for things. On another note I can't believe that out of all the things to push AEW over the 1mil mark this week it was the Bucks vs Butcher & Blade

Not true. Like most white men in a position of power, Vince is a man child so when he doesnt get his way he does something petty and potentially destructive (see Saudi Arabia). I will say that this report isnt that big of a deal and is Sky Sports filling a void theyve had on their network for two decades. Its not an L for Vince... yet.

From what I saw, AEW simply had the better and more entertaining matches, and your top NXT guys either weren’t there, or only appeared in talking segments. Lee was basically just there for his announcement and to come to Dijack’s aid lol

Vince is definitely a man child, and it wouldn't shock me if he told them to fukk off once they wanted to re-sign them back to the network. It's not an L yet because the WWE is already on BT Sports, but the article made it sound like the WWE was assed out and had no place to go.
Yes, Outside of Kross looking like a legit badass this was one of the worst episodes of NXT i've seen in a long time. AEW just had a more solid show and a suprise ending so it is what it is. NXT not featuring most of their top stars made absolutely no sense and came off like they just didn't give a fukk this past week. Notice how when NXT actually put effort into NXT it was on a 3 week winning streak during this "war".
