So, I enjoyed this episode. Things have been super-intense since R-Evolution and we've needed a light breather. The Ascension said their goodbyes to the NXT Arena - and though they didn't win, they looked strong. So sad that they're going to be Road Warriors Adjace - to quote the guys from Cheap Heat. The Baron Corbin/Bull Dempsey feud actually involved some talking. Who the fukk knew Bull Dempsey could talk? Also, damn. Corbin's punches looked fierce! OL BLUE PANTS was back. I luh her. Charlotte cut a nice little promo. Balor's abs were on my screen. It was good TV.

Don't worry, Ascension is done in NXT. That was their last match most likely, they are Vince's puppets now, and the paint proves it.

they look destined to fail. i thought that in NXT and this paint and wannabe overhaul isnt changing anything. they dont look convincing..
if they want to salvage that squad they need to bring in another big guy and either get rid of the smaller one or make him the manager. he just isnt convincing as some sort of monster when he looks like an off brand Christopher Daniels(who would be much more convincing as a small guy in a monster role).
edit: their Smackdown match wasnt too bad. it was quick and to the point. other than little dude forgetting he was legal man mid match it wasnt bad.
