Oh no doubt!!
They wanna be in the E if they can get a true legit shot at being a top guy and get paid with no BULLshyt. But since thats not guaranteed, they dont wanna be in the E and get squashed and embarrassed and their personal brand all of a sudden gets hurt and corroded.
Sadly there are a few talented guys who are not in the E who because of how they were handled and what we've seen on tv have them looking like damages goods and cats dont respect. Same for some talented people there that are just in bad, goofy situations.
I remember years ago how peeps raved about some young OVW guy named Nick Dinsmore and how he was great and gonna be a HUGE star (future WWE champ) once he makes it to the E.... Sadly what became of him.
