sami being a canadian arab also means he could reach foreign audiences that bryan might not be able to. they already got zayn speaking arabic on all the promo videos when they air their shows in arab/arab-african countries.

since his ole chant basically stuck with him, taking away his generico gimmick and mask might have been a blessing in disguise
