Doesn't Cassie already have some in-ring experience? I don't think it's sink or swim for them as much as bracing the female roster for the impact of Charlotte, Sasha and others moving to the main roster. Better to give them some experience working with the best before they have to start to learn to carry matches by themselves.

Bayley's been grimacing while performing lately, and recently started wearing a cast on her forearm, which apparently had been broken for a while
Who knows who will actually show up to support Paige, at this point. I wouldn't be surprised to see Emma called back up.
Regardless, it will improve the division.
They may have to rush Charlotte up to the main roster. They should have just had Emma side with Paige to begin with instead of walking, to re-unite Bubble Trouble a.k.a The British-Aussie Connection a.k.a.
