TNA Impact is on AXS TV on Thursday and that's if you got AXS TV. Other than that, they're on YouTube, but for like $1 a month for Impact on a 30 minute delay and it's also on TNA+, but that's $10 a month on time like it does on TV with getting Xplosion (the B show), the archives and monthly specials.

My brother asked when is WWE gonna buy TNA. I don't think that's the plan, but if they can help TNA get off of AXSTV and onto a channel with a wider distribution then the partnership was worth it.
