Chelsea Green got drafted to Smackdown but showed up to NXT a day after the rosters locked........Aight

Raw and SD are free to go to NXT, it's been that way since the inception. Now if they start having Raw guys on SD and vice versa, then we can get on their ass.

Where am I lying? NXT has always had Raw and SD talent go in and out of it. Even the game show version was built off Pros (Raw/SD) and Rookies. I said a while back that I was leery about them sticking to the locked rosters between Raw and SD and that they would have to prove it. So far they have but again it's early.

For his sake one can argue that the match was made last week before the rosters locked. The roster lock was only for Raw and SD. People didn't get drafted to NXT, just from NXT. They have always allowed people to have occasional appearances.
