The women's title picture is kind of all over the place after Cora got injured.

The women's title division has lowkey been in shambles since Mandy Rose left. I fukk with Roxanne but her run was mad weird. Tiffany's run was meh and Becky took away from it... Becky didn't even need to be there and now Lyra's run is super mid.. I definitely wanna see Lash win and I hope it happens. I definitely wouldn't have minded a surprise win

I don't know if Roxanne on and off, again was a shoot or a work. But, it felt like AEW booking not to take the title off her earlier than Stand & Deliver.

The actual weird booking was putting the title on Indi and her getting drafted right after. It's always nice to see them take a chance on someone, though.

Tiffany's run was great, tho. You forgot about her couple of matches with Thea and the one against Kiana? shyt, the Hardcore Match with Becky was match of the year contender.

Lyra is a great wrestler, just her 100 day plus run seems like it should have more fire defenses. She's had the belt longer than Tiffany and it feels like should've had better matches. I think it's just a weird time in the WWE calendar.

The Becky match was good. And the feud with Xia was cool. They dropped the ball on the Blair match and feud.

Roxy gets the belt, Lyra and Tatum make a run in the Dusty, breakup feud where Tatum ends up the sympathetic character, Lyra gets a post-title 'heel' run to test her alignment compatibilities before they move her up to underboss for Becky if I had a guess.
It's the most logical booking. Tatum needs more NXT seasoning, Lyra's done all she can down there and my guess is Becky and Seth go away to heal post-Mania so the Irish Woman spot will open up.

TBH I'd rather they put her with the hedge witches over on Smackdown. Isla and LQ Isla could probably use a third whose a bit more verbally palatable to the flyover states. Or put her with a Judgment Day spin-off of Finn and Bobblehead Finn

About Indi winning the title. HBK has stated in conference calls that he literally gets no heads up when a talent is going up to the main roster. So Indi winning was likely in the plans but her moving on wasn't. So w/e their plans with her and the title got scuttled by the move to Raw. Plus her getting injured didn't help either. It's the nature of NXT. HBK has said it before. It's NXT's job to lose talent to the main roster. Sometimes you just have to adjust when it happens.

But Tiffany’s run was really good just like you said. So the division hasn’t been in shambles.

And I’ll say it again the Becky feud worked. Hell, just watch the segment from last night on Raw to see why.

Thankfully Tatum has come in and given life to Lyra and her character.

Just to add more to my take. HBK did a decent job if you ask me after the Mandy fukkery.

There's always lulls and ups and downs every once in a while with some champions, it's just how NXT works.

It put eyes on the NXT woman’s division and it definitely put eyes on Tiffany.

Now Tiffany seamlessly transitioned to main with no problem.

She is poised to do big things and I really believe that feud with Becky helped.

In Kayfabe it was the injury that hurt her reign more than the call up. Not everyone is going to be a star and be super over. You have to remember that. NXT is about finding that star. It's about taking chances with talent. They took a chance with Indi and it didn't pan out. You move on to the next one and they did with Tiffany.

NXT is a revolving door. People have to see it as that.
