They are dropping it because it's already filed as a trademark by someone else under wrestling, etc. I don't know all the legal mumbo jumbo, just know some other dude got it locked up in 2021.

No there were two trademarks he had filed. One got suspended the other is still valid. That's what I got from just reading a few Twitter posts on the situation. If WWE could use it they would. So until they do again it's a non-issue.
