I don’t think they wanted to put the title on Reilly yet because if he did, they’d book themselves into a corner with Kross vs O’Reilly where O’Reilly would have to lose right after he wins the title

I think O’Reilly will be the one to beat Kross after a feud with Adam Cole unless they are dead set on keeping the undisputed era together that seems like the next step

Balor could afford the loss and it’s probably about time he goes back to the main roster anyways now that he’s rebuilt his character
