Nothing to do with Triple H, really. My opinion has always been when you start treading water for a while, a change a scenery is probably needed. That could mean NXT talent moving up to main roster. That could mean someone moving from RAW over to SD! That could even mean a main roster talent moving over to NXT for a few months.

Jakara still needs time in NXT. Also that's what the TNA partnership is doing, a change of scenery. A call up now won't do much for them but we don't make the decisions. All we can do is watch.
