Now that I recall, Giulia wasn't used in that 6 women tag last week as much as Steph and Jordynne. I'm going to go back and watch Vengeance Day to see if she did something there.

OK here's my verdict after watching Vengeance Day and the 6-Woman Tag Match. It didn't seem like she did anything at VD to get hurt. Now the 6-Woman Tag is another story and I have the video of what I think happened.

I think she hurts her shoulder when she gets driven into the apron. It gets cut off but I noticed that after the match ends that Giulia favors her left arm getting in the ring. Now this could be her just selling but with this injury news this seems very likely as to what caused it.
