One was the longest reigning NXT champion, held multiple main roster WWE titles, went undefeated in Japan for over a year and is one of the best workers in the world... and one is NXT champion because Ciampa is made of reinforced tissue paper.

Not saying Cole doesn't have his value, but tryna say he's better than Pac in anything, even in being a heel, is just wrong. Cole not even a Top 5 NXT champion.

Neville started as a fighting champion in the beginning, he flirted with a heel run towards the end becoming more of an anything to win champion when he feuded with Sami.

Cole has proven himself to be a true professional. He's a great personality, great in the ring, excellent with the media. Great head on his shoulders and great attitude. Nothing against Neville but Cole is pretty much everything you would want as a company figurehead.
