The issue I think is how they contextualize any of this. They been pulling the whole NXT roster up there for these run-ins and having enemies standing side-by-side, which I guess works in the nonsense world of the main roster, but when people come in to NXT, it has to fit into the NXT 'world' as it were. Which means you can't have Rhea running out to save Shayna without wrecking all the believability leading into WarGames. It was my concern once they put NXT into the main WWE operating procedure - would Vince be willing to torpedo everything that makes NXT what it is for the sake of slotting it in as Brand #3: 205-Live-but-Gold. And so far, it's looking like that's the case. Especially understanding that they use NXT to invade because Fox didn't want any of that mixing rosters shyt... so they're just doing what they'd been doing with the wildcard, just using NXT people for it.

I don't recall them screwing up the storylines for war games. at least not on NXT. they've balanced and combined both the war games & survivor series well.
especially with what im seeing right now as im watching last night's episode. this is well-played chaos. people are beating up BOTH invaders as well as the ones they are beefing with on their own turf at the same dam time.

great stuff. a lot of it is surreal actually.
hopefully, war games doesn't fall on the same weekend as survivor series anymore after this tho.

I don't recall them screwing up the storylines for war games. at least not on NXT. they've balanced and combined both the war games & survivor series well.

That was my point - on NXT, hopefully not happening and seemingly hasn't. However... on Raw/Smackdown, you had Tegan/Rhea/Dakota running in to beat up main roster women to save Shayna - Ciampa running out to jump dudes to cover the UE escape... it was not good. Hopefully we're behind all of it. but... there's still Smackdown there to blow everything up.

Good show, I’m glad nxt cares about the current storyline a little more. But still

why in the fukk is people like Zach Ryder showing up, he’s not on the show. And I don’t care to see him fight in these trash as brawls. And that’s another, all of the brawls are trash, wwe needs to realize that you can’t depict violence without blood or some type of bruises. The dive over the ropes onto everyone spot is watered down at this point.
And how does nxt not even have a team? So far they are invading for nothing if they don’t have a team.
