What You Will Never Be.
still dont see the appeal of Balor

Finn Balor is the shyt, he's just small. He's like a mini-Magnus...

If he was 6'2" or some shyt with the paint gimmick...:blessed::ohlawd::salute::banderas::win::umad::feedme:

Ain't nobody did the paint shyt since Jeff Hardy and that was sloppy, Finn's shyt is art.

I can't wait for that boy to hit that main roster. WWE needs to stop playin' and make an X-Division or some shyt.

admit that chit.
post up some of these great shows that i missed.
You're right, it's boring now, but it used to be fire.

I used to wave my hand at all of the NXT praise, but then I started watching it, and it did get my love for wrestling back. This was when it was hot, though.

Or maybe it's just because I selected the good matches and segments, and didn't sit around watching entire shows. I'd recommend doing that.

When Neville and 'em were there, shyt was great.

Here's what to watch. It includes all of Meltzer's 3.25 star matches and above, plus others that were great, because he tends to not do ratings for the weekly shows:

2013:
8/21 – 2/3 Falls: Sami Zayn vs. Cesaro (3.5 stars)
9/4 – Sami Zayn vs. Jack Swagger (3.75 stars)
10/16 – Sami Zayn vs. Bo Dallas (C) (3.5 stars)
11/27 – No. 1 Contenders: Adrian Neville vs. Sami Zayn (4 stars)

2014:
2/27 – Sami Zayn vs. Cesaro (4.25 stars) ArRival
2/27 – Ladder Match: Adrian Neville vs. Bo Dallas (C) (3.25 stars) ArRival
3/27 – Adrian Neville (C) vs. Bo Dallas (3.5 stars)
4/17 - Neville vs. Brodus Clay
5/29 – No. 1 Contenders: Sami Zayn vs. Tyler Breeze (3.5 stars) Takeover
5/29 – Tournament Finals: Natalya vs. Charlotte (4 stars) Takeover
5/29 – Adrian Neville (C) vs. Tyson Kidd (3.5 stars) Takeover
9/11 - Charlotte vs. Bayley from NXT: Takeover 4-Way
9/11 – Fatal 4-Way: Adrian Neville (C) vs. Sami Zayn vs. Tyler Breeze vs. Tyson Kidd (4.5 stars) Takeover: Fatal 4-Way
10/2 – Last Chance Match: Adrian Neville (C) vs. Tyson Kidd (3.25 stars)
12/11 – Hideo Itami & Finn Balor vs. The Ascension (3.25 stars) Takeover: R Evolution
12/11 – Charlotte (C) vs. Sasha Banks (3.5 stars) Takeover: R Evolution
12/11 – If Zayn Loses, He Quits NXT: Adrian Neville (C) vs. Sami Zayn (4.75 stars) Takeover: R Evolution

2015:
2/11 – No. 1 Contenders: Adrian Neville vs. Finn Balor (4.25 stars) Takeover: Rival
2/11 – Fatal 4-Way: Bayley vs. Charlotte (C) vs. Becky Lynch vs. Sasha Banks (4 stars) Takeover: Rival
2/11 – Sami Zayn (C) vs. Kevin Owens (3.5 stars) Takeover: Rival
2/18 - Neville vs. Kevin Owens
3/25 - Finn Balor vs. Kevin Owens
3/27 – Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks (C) (4 stars)
3/27 – Adrian Neville vs. Finn Balor (3.5 stars)
4/8 - Finn Balor vs. Hideo Itami
5/6 - Tyler Breeze vs. Hideo
All of the 5/20/15 PPV.

Everything is on the network, except for the 2013 matches. Those are on Hulu Plus, although I'm sure you could probably find links elsewhere.

Enjoy.

They are great at doing the little packages that help explain the rivalry right before the match, so make sure you watch those. Helps immensely, and it's very straight-forward.

This all actually helped spark me getting into Japanese wrestling, because I started looking up Finn Balor (aka Price Devitt), Neville (aka Pac), and Hideo Itami (aka KENTA) matches from Japan, and that introduced me to Japanese wrestlers. The rest is history. My love for wrestling is back due to that gateway, and it's a good alternative to the typical WWE bullshyt.

NXT is in trouble without its big players, though. No doubt HHH is scouting hard right now. The talent is what made it hot.

none of the wwe talent is shyt really it was hot cuz of all the indy vets there home grown guys mostly suck

they need to sign some more indy vets

Yea, its funny how as of lately none of the talent that as came up has been completely homegrown.. WWE just doesnt know how to let characters evolve from scratch.. I think the problem is they force gimmicks on people instead of letting them become an extension of their character, they also have too many rules as to what you cant do.. The indy guys are aloowed to rise to the top doing pretty much anything they want all wwe does is trim the fat.

- They build story lines and let them play out without changing their minds mid way thru just because. If you're feuding it comes to a logical close every time. See just about all of the NXT world title switches.

- people have to go on win streaks to earn/work to title shots which is logical

- the GM's are footnotes not focal points (Regal compared to the Authority)

- it's not 3 hours and you leave wanting more.

- every featured act has some kind of back story going on. (See corny ass Bull Dempsey or Baron Corbit)

- they have mid card continuity
(Dana Brooke picking on the announcer girl weekly for no reason foreshadowing her eventually snapping)

- organic character builds that they let happen instead of forcing. (see Enzo and Cass, Bailey hugging people etc)

- Women's wrestlers are taken seriously and given time to work. While having characters and not all talking like 13 year olds at a mall food court.

- cats coming to the main roster and floundering are NOT their fault. Look at the booking from NXT to RAW. That's political

- the crowds are there to have fun and be a part. Not BE the show

Nope I like u Wacky (pause if applicable) but I can't agree on the NXT is overrated sentiment. It's one of the few things they're doing right by taking their time and not forcing shyt.
Naw man bo dallas, and Emma, ascension, were not ready to be on the main roster, they are just there cause of their mega push in nxt.. I think thats why they havent called up that prince pretty dude, they know he will fail..
Owens walking in and getting the belt in his first/second match makes this whole post :trash:.
but that was great tho, he aint belong in nxt and everyone knows it..

most of the people that contributed to it being high praised are either injured or on the main roster.

ive seen the matches but the moves just arent interesting at all

slingblade?:francis: coup de grace? :francis:

does he do anything that requires lifting?:flabbynsick:

then further that, i have yet to see him talk about anything remotely meaningful. Maybe im just waiting for that "wow" moment but it hasnt happened for me yet

Nah Emma was ready, they put her with Santino :beli:
Ascension look was changed and were given promos to say they were better than legends, then commentary proceeds to bury them as such :beli:

it was deliberate sabotage
