NXT Is Overrated

I wouldn't say overrated, but they are gonna have a tough time replacing the current crop imo once they get called up to the main roster permanently.
the set is addictive and the crowd is live for whatever reason, but this show aint what its hyped up to be. ive been watching this for 2 months now.
most of the matches kind of drag. the divas division doesnt live up to the hype at all aside from sasha banks. theyre just tryna take credit for what the TNA knockouts, shimmer, etc have already been putting down for YEARS. f*ck that chitty-chit wit a stick.
its cool for what it is, but it doesnt warrant half the hype it gets.
people up here fronting like its the best thing going, when i cant think of any non-wwe show that its better than.

The indy's have almost been picked clean and the indy guys are the main reason NXTwas poppin. Nobody gives a shyt about Baron Corbin.
It's a developmental branch. For what it is, it provides some solid entertainment.
It's been kinda weak all summer. Winter and Spring it was straight crack.
Still get some good matches every once and awhile.

aaand that's your problem. Sami and Hideo both getting hurt has hurt them this summer. As well as losing Neville and the Lucha Dragons to the call-up.
Most of the NXT hype comes from last winter with Sami, Neville, Balor, Hideo, Lucha Dragons, Breeze, and Kidd were killing i every weekt and hit it's peak at the special with the KO/Sami match. The shows have more of the normal WWE developmental guys now for various reasons and has cooled down because of it. There was a strech late last year and up until the second special this year where it was a genuinely great hour of TV, and the best TV program coming out of the US on a weekly basis. Now it's just solid.
It'll pick up again later this year when the guys they signed this spring (Uhaa, TMDK) have debuted.
By who? When they had Owens, Balor, Zayn, Hideo Itami, Sasha, Charlotte, Becky, Bayley, etc. the roster was stacked. During that time, the product was on another level. Now most of them are gone so obviously the quality will be affected.
