It's not something I would have done but I get it they want to "Make" Bron during mania weekend. My thing is how much can you really make someone at 11am on Saturday morning on a developmental show. This would make more sense on the main card

If you show up on Raw or SD in a prominent way it's just a matter of time. Likely why this happened. Dolph can hang on to it until they get the next person ready for the title.
