Norm and Kawhi be like best friends on the bench,im holding off trying to trade him for now...
Word? Hopefully Norm can soak up some game from Kawhi then. Truthfully Norm wasn’t bad last night. Probably his best game this year.
When ur at the games you see stuff during timeouts you dont get on TV...It shouldbt be a surprise since theyre both from San Diego and there moms go to the same church down there...Theyre talking during timeouts and when they come off the floor for TV timeouts the first guy he high fives and talks too is Norm...noticed it alot last night...

Also i do notice a swag about this team in that they know theyre good and they know when theyre in control of the game...last night you could see them turning it on and off...They jumped out to a 22-6 lead then in the second qtr you could see them taking plays off...allowed shots didnt close out,offense stopped playing....It felt like they knew Minnesota couldnt win this game and they were giving themselves a breather during the game.
happened again in the 4th quarter,we marched back to a 15 point lead then we stopped playing before basically taking control of the game in the last 2-3 mins...
It felt like theyre are sections of games against teams like MIN where we were coasting cuz we dont feel threatened about the outcome....
Sounds weird being just 5 games in but this team definitely has a confidence esp at home that we cant lose...

To echo a couple other Rocket fans, it's cool to finally be able to root for Kawhi now that he ain't with the other team no more lol
You guys have a similar makeup as our squad last year: star PG + MVP guard/wing + tall athletic swarming/switching 3&D defenders + capable bigs. If you guys avoid the injury bug, the skys the limit

I would love to hear the case FOR Lorenzo Brown on this team...
He missed open shots,missed a wide open layup and made a couple really bad passes in the 4th quarter...
Even down Fred i still wouldnt play him....
I can't think of a single thing he does well. I would rather have Norm play lead guard over him, he's terrible. His contract is guaranteed after January. They can't have five point guards on the roster, they need to waive him before then and get another big man. If one of JV and Ibaka is out and we have to rely on Siakam, Boucher and Monroe, then they're in big trouble.
