That's what Kellerman was saying yesterday. The initial reaction from fans was almost relief in a sense that the PLAYER (who was killing us at the time) would no longer play, so it helped our chances of winning the game. The fans disassociated the player from the HUMAN, but after the reality sunk in, they actually felt bad for KD fukking up his achilles.

Fans don't go to NBA games to watch humans, they go to watch players play, and they sometimes forget that the players are human.

My boy was in the background of the show yesterday Kellerman goes overboard sometimes but I thought his assessment made sense.
