Yeah Marc Gasol's defense is only needed if the opposing team has a traditional dominant big man. He's getting exposed here as Lopez is drawing him away from the basket and leaving Gasol open from the perimeter and he's simply not hitting shots

He struggled as the games got more important and defenses game planned for him part of his struggles is mental...hes being passive and afraid of missing...first quarter of game 1 he came out aggressive and fearless that's the guy they need tonight....he wasnt overrated everyone said hes an all star which he is...if you took that to mean hes a future no 1 then that's on you...nobody said he was a no 1....
He’s also looked like shyt since he hurt himself. Not surprised that a lot of his finishing attempts looks way off since, especially considering how much he relies on athleticism.

He will be fine. He gonna come back next year with a mid-range pull-up, better handles and a more consistent jumper from range. 10-15 lbs of muscle wouldn’t hurt either.
