The fact that Ibaka who is more athletic than Aldridge kept getting beat down the court and getting posted up deep was pissing me off. Everyone knows the key to stopping Aldridge is keeping him off the low blocks and forcing him to face up.

he didnt look athletic but he just wasnt being physical down low and forcing Aldridge into tougher makes....so i tend to agree his knee might still be bothering him that being said he took way too many shots and that blame is on the coach...

Unfortunately some of these trends are bigger than missing Lowry....FoR example the one thing we all would say about Kyle is he doesnt show up in big games under pressure, how would he affected last nights game knowing this ?

Its baffling how this team didnt show up knowing its on TNT knowing the Spurs and DeMar was gonna be up for it and thre atmosphere in the building and knowing Kawhi wanted it...

and we came out SHOOK couldnt run basic sets, coudltn string together 3 decent possessions all night...The way we came out in the 1st quarter is troubling in such a pressure game with everyone watching, its bigger than the injuries...
Yea, I expected a little more from your guys last night. Even when yall got down early in the 1st qtr, i was positive yall were gonna recompose and have ish tied or ahead by the end of the 3rd. But the way yall started the 3rd quarter was... disappointing.

Outside of Kawhi, it looked like they weren't about that life... which was odd, because yall showed up vs Golden State, twice. Even if an L to the Spurs was unavoidable, it would've been a strong showing of solidiarity if they'd at least showed up to play and/or rallied behind buddy.

I expect this team to pay the Spurs back at home next month....Kawhi is gonna drop 50.

So how are the raps gonna get beal without giving up any key players?

Washington sure as hell arent gonna take just cj miles and norm Powell, I'm sure they will want expiring deals. So danny green might very well be a target piece.

And also, getting beal means greens minutes gonna be heavily reduced unless kawhi moves to the 4 and green starts at the 3.

Vanvleet??
2020 1st and 2022 first?

Even with that I dont think contracts will match

They will def want Pascal to get it done.

But if not likely FVV, OG, Delon and couple picks. Probably Serge will have to be swapped in there somehow for salaries

JV ain't coming back 'til the beginning of February, and Moose just can't cut it any more.

Some games could get ugly

It's time to see what Chris Boucher can do :wow:

It's sad though, Moose played the hardest against the Spurs. You can tell dude is trying his hardest out there, but he's just not quick enough :mjcry:

Boucher is just too weak to play center, any average center would just body him

Oh definitely. But they don't have any other options. Might as well see what he can do against small ball centers and 4s.

Siakam stepped his game up but still has many glaring weaknesses

OG is the poor man’s Justice Winslow
