Sir I know people who have been sexually assaulted (not me thankfully) and have seen it happen in real life. So I don't take the conversation lightly and I don't just throw out the term because that is what you think I should do.

If you wanna make a case for her being recorded with out her consent okay but then the conversation would be about the person recording and has nothing to do with the person who is actually being discussed.
