People have to learn to pivot. Strategies have to be dynamic otherwise you'll set yourself so far behind that you'll spend an inordinate amount of time getting back to where you once were.

The problem with a lot of you guys is you dont think strategically and arent willing to play chess where you know how to use people for a purpose and a goal.
