Well I was speaking more so on stopping the harsh prosecution of drug dealers. If they legalize everything than their will be a lot more addicts but less people going to prison. Well not exactly because drug dependency leads to crimes committed in order to maintain the addiction. So more addiction in this country and easier access will not do much good sir.

You are trolling with this i hope, what could be and should be done is a limit on social services, i am sick of hearing people say i been at this project for for 20 years and so on, the best thing to do is this, 4 years of service if you single with a kid, if you can't improve your life in that time span well to hell with you, 6 for a family, if you and your wife can't improve also, you go to the bushes, people got to look in the mirror and go farther, this working in retail and security has to stop, old blacks have to embrace the digital age and education more. No more coddling, people need to spoken to in a truthful manner, stop having kids you can't support, avoid crime, being poor is no reason to commit dumb crimes and get records that will prevent you from improving yourself. Stop hating on others who made it, and the people who made it should help others who want out also, if you on that i love being in the hood stupidity, then there is no hope for you, you lost, there is no glamour in being broke, hungry and uneducated.

I prefer to let the people who have all the social power (hood niccas, ignorant ass niccas, bum ass rappers, "model" bytches) should get shamed and spiritually broken down to oblivion. Shame the people who aspire to be baby mammas and baby daddies as well as the crab-in-a-barrel cooons.

There's nothing he can do to help the black Community. There's nothing anyone can do.

I think it's better to just tranquilized the black community with "social services", basically just do the social welfare thing and increase spending. Looking at the statistics, and there historical trends, I just don't see anything changing for them. They've basically ran out of weapons to try and fix the Alarming socioeconomic status of Black America. There's 40% of all black Americans on welfare and they make up 12% of the population. I think whites are at 5% on welfare. Just going to have to keep them sedated unfortunately. Pay the cost to have lower crime, and less violence. That's all there is to it.

Instead of all these stupid-ass programs that aren't going to work. This teaching a man how to fish crap (school programs, entrepreneurial initiatives) . Just give them the money, or be prepared for consequences.

I'm a fiscal conservative, and I don't like it, but we are just going to have to pay for civility. If you don't want detriot, you're just going to have to pay the cost and give them money. That's it. No programs, no school programs, no war on drugs, no community outreach. Just increase social welfare spending. That's the only viable option.

Sometimes I wish I could just reach through the TV screen and PUNCH you in the face...

If you are black and you were dissing Obama online, acting like people should vote for Romney, or talking sh1t about him in person around white people- At any time during this election season you were wrong for that. Now is the time to talk sh1t.

Now is the time to criticize him. Maybe he won't do sh1t that will ALSO help black people, but if he does, this is his time to do it. He doesn't have any other elections to worry about.

Too much money in the prison game for one man to change it. He has to do some Gay, Jew, and Hispanic sh1t first so that the Democrats can keep talking Washington over.
He will do a few minor things to help us.. social programs, student loans, job training programs. As long as he supports early childhood education hardcore and doesn't do any c00n sh1t, he'll be ok with me.

You got to know that the "cool" anti-academic folks in our community are the most worshipped. The solution is to shame them and rightfully call them "crabs in a barrel." Break their minds and spirits that oppress the smart black folk that want to strive for the better.

Its basically kids raising themselves. So they gravitate to the lowest common denominator. I used to think it was apathy and indifference, but I realized it is a healthy diet of not having guidance or supervision.

Its hard for a 20 year old man who practiced bad habits his entire life to shape up, the lack of self-control and discipline only leads to bad outcomes in their later years. I'm not saying there's no hope, but all those behavioral "issues" like anger and aggression is a pretty bad mix when you trying to get ahead in America.

Its purely psychological at this point, these guys need more than a pep talk at 20 years old, they need reconditioning. I fit this mold myself, I grew in the same messed up neighborhoods and had some pissed poor ways, but college and better surroundings really improved my outlook, attitude and behavior.
