Cap could have explained the buck thing, and still told him that buck killed his parents all between the time span of winter soldier and civil war..... Tony would have understood. However, with Cap not understanding the accords, and that little tension that was already there, mixed with the fact tony even gave cap a little benefit of the doubt, Tony still had to see from a video, that Cap's buddy killed his parents. And thennnn Cap wanna be like " yea I knew"
