Now that it's all said and done, who's your GOAT Avenger? (Spoilers)

I'm talking MCU, and obviously there will be spoilers for Endgame, so if you get spoiled it's your own fault.

That said, now that this iteration of the team is pretty much done, who do you have as the GOAT Avenger? I'm talking actual Avengers, not allies like the Guardians/Captain Marvel/Black Panther/etc.


I'm temped to say Tony because he basically started the MCU, but I think I have to go with Cap.


Didn't even care for the comics character like that, but they did a great job with him in the movies.


I think Vision might be the WOAT.

I went with thor. I think up until endgame, he was definitely the strongest avenger.

I didnt really fukk with him in the comics, kind of a dry dialogue character. Theyve really added a lot of personality to him.

Cap has the most solid solo film entries of all the Avengers, and has been a scene stealer in plenty of the group films for me. Personally I’m not really a huge fan of his and I would rather go with Stark or Parker but Cap to me is it

This is a really under appreciated aspect of the character.

If he wasn't like he is now, he'd be speaking Ye Olde English. Thor in the books at least had the Donald Blake alter ego to give him vulnerability. In the movies they had to make him more 'human' because if you have an invincible god walking around, shyt starts to get in the way of story possibilities

Tony checks every box and without him there is no Avengers. Cap is a highly close second cuz he always comes through and very thorough with the hands but the contributions are incomparable. Thors not focused enough on leadership and foresight. Hulk is unreliable. Everyone else secondary or beyond. So I think those are the league standings:

4th: Hulk
Bronze: Thor
Silver: Cap
GOAT: @Ironman
