And if you're caught with the firearm, secured along with the ammo, going ANYWHERE aside from the range or back to your home, you will be placed in handcuffs and escorted to jail.

If you stop at a store, jail. Go to get gas, jail. Swing by your mom's house, jail.

However, in a thread about how all Black people should legally have guns, the way to make that happen is to specifically explain the game to Black people. A lot of us feel that these gun laws as they’re written don’t necessarily apply to us across the board, sometimes it just takes a black person seeing that another Black person did it and how, in their particular area.

I’m personally responsible for helping 20+ ppl legally get their first firearm this year alone. In CA it’s not as simple as going to a gun store and picking what you like. I’m no expert but I at least want ppl to be caught up to where I’m at.

of course I could’ve just said “You’re grown and it’s up to you to google the laws” but that’s not gonna get more of our people legally owning guns will it?
