So? Skrulls are a FF property (owned by FOX) hence why they couldn't legally be in Avengers without changing them up. They been in Avengers since forever.

That's all good and everything but Scarlet Witch has NEVER been an X-Men character except for her debut in the 60s and when they made her Magneto's daughter in the 1980s. She has never been on the teams or been a villain except for that first run. shyt..the only real Uncanny X-Men appearances she had was way back in Bloodties when Exodus ETHERED Magneto's entire family for retribution.

I'm not arguing with her place among the Avengers stories... all I'm saying is that it could very well be a rights issue.
