When I put in disc 2 for the first time, and Notorious Thugs came on, with Biggie spittin like that.

What's sad is people still try to sh!t on them like they aren't one of the greatest groups of all time. I think they sold the most records for a rap group worldwide. Or they are Top 5 all time. They worked with Pac, Biggie, Eazy E and Big Pun all Rap Legends. They have 2 Classic albums. Several Classic songs like "Crossroads" which is one of the greatest rap songs of all time. But what I find odd was it wasn't until Biggie worked with them on "Notorious Thugs" that they felt their style had finally been vindicated. Krazyie and Bizzy both admitted that once Biggie dropped "NT" they got respect on level they hadn't received before. They said before people looked at their rapping style as Foreign or "Chinese" as Bizzy said. But after Big hopped on the record that changed for them. crediting biggie for their east coast love? they were bigger on the east coast before notorious thugs than they were afterwards.
I love both of them but I'm gonna with Notorious Thugs cause Biggie's opening song never forget and had you shocked and unexpected what Biggie about to do and was like
Not gonna lie. Honestly, I believe if you go to club and DJ ask them which song they want to pick Thug Luv or Notorious Thugs and I bet you...Many people gonna pick NT over TL.
I always feel like Notorious Thugs always gonna give you goosebumps ever time you hear this song.
why would you expect thug luv to be played in the clubs?
Heavens Movie is already a personal classic to me,if Bizzy woulda had the OG thug luv on there
...big move for him to give that song up,don't know if he wuz forced to or not....anybody know he did the OG beat or wuz that Uneek too? And was "Last muthafuka breathing" a song Johnny J had that he had Bizzy get on after the fact or is it more to it? I still need to hear that Bizzy Bone album produced entirely by Johnny J....it would be big for his legacy if its as great as I think it probaly wuz...for those who believe pac made him and don't give him credit.

bizzy jus left n did his own thing...y he went to drinkin not givin a fukk about the concerts if he came drunk...he didnt give a fukk..kuz how they treated him when he was goin thru the shyt with tomika n ruthless...how she was tryin 2 break up the group for her own gain

Bizzy truly didn't give a fuk though and ain't a nikka you can control...they all knew they wuz getting fuked but wuznt willing to go the distance Bizzy wuz lol....they just wuz cool gettin fuked and gettin what money they could becuz it wuz better than what they came from,and Bizzy wuz fuking that up even by not coming to the shows....I understood his thought proccess but they felt he should go along with what the group wanted,and they just wanted to work they way out the contract...ideally that's how he group works but Bizzy a real nikka and gon do what he want.
No excuse for them slandering Bizzy the way they did though,I remember them throwing him up under the bus to save face when they kicked him out the group and fans got mad...to my memory Bizzy never slandered them that way that would damage they reputation and future moneys and record deals...glad they back tho,they really r like brothers...horrible fights but always make shyt right

even when eazy n daz nem was beefin on the radio...layzie was like the spokes person n he looked stupid..
then when krayzie left the group n wanted to continue his jehovah witness stuff..nobody said a word to em like they did bizzy...except for flesh

Not to me. To me it is the best collabo in rap history. Completely unexpected and blew me away. Thug Luv is also an amazing track. Notorious Thugs is legendary for the shock value of it.
