“Let me rephrase the question: Why should I keep it?” he said. “I don’t even see the point of the discussion. I could demolish the building if I wanted to, I don’t need no permission from anyone except the DOB.” Berkowitz declined to discuss the matter further,

I wish I could smack this nikka :mjcry:

Everywhere...You never there.
Thought it was some shyt that's been up for 20 years

Me too

I know it's all business dawg nothing personal, but you rarely see murals anymore...especially on the level like this. It just seems like street art is almost to extinction in favor of turning cities into soulless wonders. Nevermind the fact that it's Biggie on the wall, but on an artist level, it's a pretty astonishing portrait of one of the greatest rappers of all time.

But hey more windows and Starbucks to keep the city flowing I suppose:ld:

Seems like they're trying turn all the major metros into soulless places. Y'all enjoy the truly unique cities while you can. Shyt getting spooky outchea.

Like phonzi I was thinking it was one of the murals from the 90's, like after he died. It's a very good mural but :yeshrug:

I will say one thing about the gentrification going on in okaland is that art is a part of if, we've had more street art and murals go up over the past 8 years which is nice since it's gotten rid of street level graffiti all over the place. But yea, gentrification is a bytch. :francis:
