Like the other thread a lot of incel mentality comes from entitlement. Sex in many conservative societies tends to be centered around the institution of marriage. In the rural areas people can marry way young( generalization but the rates tend to be high) and in urban areas casual sex happens a lot but if you get a girl pregnant it brings extra complications. Incels act out way more in Western societies because casual sex is not seen as a big deal and incels see what they could theoretically have but are starving out here

That second point only applies to women.
I can't speak from personal experience but from everything I've seen and read, despite most of these "conservative" countries being against outright talk and expression of sex, its an open secret and even expectation for the man to have his family at home and have sex with prostitutes and random women on the side. Casual sex isn't as frowned upon, at least from the male's perspective, as long as you have the face and image of a family man back at home.
