It won’t be a 1 for 1 deal. And the combination of Ayton being a locker room issue and being overpaid brings his value down, you’re not gonna get a better player on paper.

I could see a deal like:

Miami gets Dame
Toronto gets Herro
Phoenix gets Nurkic & Trent Jr
Portland gets Ayton, Lowry, one of Jaquez/Jovic, picks, salary cap filler from TOR & PHO
