1) The Canadian goalkeeper was warned at half not to stall and admitted that fact to the media
2) Wambach consistently was reminding the refs that they were going to use stall tactics by counting how long she was holding the ball...often doubling the legal time

What is the ref supposed to do? Continue to ignore it while the Canadian goalkeeper continues to purposefully cheat? All because some morons might call it fixed if she makes the legit call?
