Exactly. The Lakers just did not have a bench and could not close games, they led every game, even losing a game with a 22-pt lead. Then you add Murray hitting 2 game winners. The Lakers could have won that series seriously. They were 2 bounces away from leading 3-2.Lakes had double digit leads in every game and this was before Murray hurt his calf. A couple lucky game winners and MPJ playing WAY over his head is the reason they lost.
I'm not diminishing what Minny is doing at all either.
Just like old timesJokic will be doing his MVP presentation on zoom
in what way1993 Bulls vs Knicks playoff series
They allowed Toronto to be this physical with GS in '19. They allowed Cleveland to be this physical with GS in '16 too. It happens in the playoffs, I'm just not remembering earlier round series...The level of physicality Minnesotas getting away with is weird. You don't see this in the NBA really
Lost respect for dude for that.By the way, it was Jamal Murray that threw the ice pack on to the court IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GAME.
Our here throwing out obstacles like Mario Kart to stop the T-Wolves.

Denver's lack of depth is finally getting exposed too. They have nothing past their starting five. Bench was averaging like ten a game against LA.
