First phone since the GOAT7 I touched that felt worthy of my money...

That screen is perfection brehs...

I saw the battery is only 3300 though...

My GOAT7 is 3500 and I'm pretty sure the S8+...that got me a little bit...

sucks about the battery foreal.

guess we'll never go back to changeable batteries...cause those charging cases suck

1. I would still have my old s6 if the Note 7 hadn't come out
2. Only reason I traded in that old phone was to get the Note 7
3. s6 would have been paid off if I still had it
4. After double recall, y'all were only offering free s5s (a downgrade from my original phone)
5. So I swapped for an s7 edge even though it wasn't the phone I wanted and y'all were already going to make me pay to get an s6 again
6. Now you're telling me I can't have a Note with no catches because I have a phone (that I never wanted) with a balance
7. I've been a Verizon customer for 16 years...surely y'all can work with me here

Verizon rep: "Sir, I got you a manager override that will let me write off the balance on the s7 edge. Let's set up your preorder. You'll owe nothing more on the s7 edge, and you can trade it in for a $480 credit on the Note 8 plus the promotional item of your choice. Does that work for you?"

So I still owe $430 on my current phone (samsung s7 edge). Spent an hour negotiating with Verizon yesterday.

Result:

• They're waiving the $430 I owe
• Accepting trade in of s7 edge
• Still allowing me to get half off Note 8 + promotional items

Verizon bloatware on top of the already ridiculous Samsung bloatware

Yeah..the Unlocked one sold by Samsung.com doesn't have any bloatware. So that's the ideal one to have. I may move a few things around..my people out west came up with a game plan. I got two different email discounts because of me getting those gifts..so they will show up. And why pay no monthly when I can get it unlocked and end the payment game?

@ the thought of a Samsung phone with no bloatware. Their phones have an entire button dedicated to bloatware.
