They'll be here sep 22 for raw. I've been to every RAW they've had here the past three years. My interest in the product is low as hell right now but I'll probably still go.

Since I found this forum back on :hamster: I stopped feeling back about missing it. Yall keep me entertained during broadcasts. I literally went to every show but 3 shows (had a ticket to 1/3 but was sick)since the late 90s up until the 2010s when money got tight/moved further from the city.

Smackdown coming to my town next week actually. Two weeks later they having a house show but half the roster gonna be in Japan and I might cop Jay/Bey tickets anyway. Think I'll just wait for the next RAW.

These days. with how wack the VA crowd is I don't miss a thing. Last time they were in my area and I was a little salty by not going.... then the RAW ended up being wack, the audience was horrible, and TSC was roasting all night so I didn't miss a thing.

The one WWE show I do regret missing was the one in Richmond Coliseum back in 1999, it was the Smackdown when the Rock performed the sliding people's elbow :snoop:

You didn't miss much man. The good thing about the show was unlike a RAW, you get a lot of wrestling matches.. very few promos.. and because it's taped you don't have to sit through commercial breaks. Unfortunately it just doesn't have the big time feel of a RAW.. It felt like watching a house show just with the lights and pyro, you see a lot of the same guys over and over. BNB, RVD, Ziggler, Reigns, Kane, to name a few all pulled double duty on the show. Plus, the crowd was only half full (whole top level was tarped off) and was pretty dead the whole time.

IMO wrestling is like NFL, better to watch on TV than being there live, so I never feel "ethered"

Plus, I like hearing the commentary :manny:
