I did take one major L when I turned down FREE tickets to a WCW Monday Nitro in Toronto in 1999.

Yeah, it happened to be the one where Bret Hart wore the steel plate under his hockey jersey when Goldberg speared him. Taped the show and watched it on TV later and that crowd fukkin' POPPED.

Did I mention the tickets were FREE? And that I TURNED THEM DOWN? :sadbron:

Giant L. To this day I think that was one of the best-executed angles I've ever seen on a wrestling show and I could have seen it in person, in a hot crowd, from good seats.

Other than that, no regrets. I actually prefer to watch the product on TV these days. Too many kids in today's crowds. And too many people who still think the "WHAT?" chant is cool.

Nope, I was there in 1998 in St. Louis when the Rock turned heel at Survivor Series.

I was too young to really get it at the time, but still. :smugbiden: :takedat::dj2:

Missed the Judgement Day here when Cena debuted "My Time is Now" against JBL, don't even have a good reason either seeing as how they were practically giving those tickets away.

I'm always present when bad things go down tho in Minny it seems, I was at Brian Pillman's last match and knew the guy working the front desk at the "Friendly Host" hotel he stayed at that night. .. and I was at the Eddie Memorial Smackdown and had seen him at a bar the night he passed :to:

a "What big moments were you present for" thread could be fun.

the bash 1990? :myman: Sting's first world title win.

The Bash 96 is underrated. That was a dope PPV

Seeing Doom was the best moment of my life back then, and then my pops got me this surfer sting shirt:win:

Bash in 96 seeing Benoit and Sullivan kill each other was a great moment.

:obama: that's awesome man

Sullivan and Benoit was on of the first matches I can really remember feeling "real". Them cats beat the brakes off each other

That Malenko/Mysterio match was great, Sting/ Regal was damn good, even Luger/Giant was a solid story, Luger had you feeling he could maybe steal one.
