I wear them when I do step aerobics and we do a lot of floor stuff (planks, abs etc). They're the perfect support and anchor for my ankle and feet.

Them shoes are bricks tho. I was hanging out with a friend in my neighborhood when for some reason we started playing and running around. Shyt was all fun and games until my boat ass shoe trips me, I fall , roll in the street and hit a parked car. my shoe got scuffed and my knee got fukked.
