From that Time article: "North Korea’s Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un is believed to have ordered the execution of his onetime girlfriend, according to South Korea’s largest daily newspaper."

That's hardly a confirmation. Just about every website is saying the story is unconfirmed. But I guess they're all posting because, well, page hits mean dollars.
Would be really interesting what the political fallout might be if this does get confirmed.
