Pretty wild development. I refuse to believe anyone associated with this administration is capable of negotiating anything of real substance with NK though.

the art of the deal :wow:
:mjlol: Just like when they agreed with the Leap Day deal, and in 2008, and in 2005, and in 2003, and in 2000, and in 1993. This has basically nothing to do with Trump other than his government continuing the on and off negotiations that have been going on since Bush Sr was in office and Kim Ill Sung was alive.

North Korea is doing what they always do, making vague assurances under the strict requirement of a "reduction of hostilities" which means a complete removal of US military presence from the peninsula.

Moon and Kim are shaping the narrative landscape apart from reality and all factual evidence. North Korea has admitted nothing, Nothing has been committed to by anyone. And the language we've actually seen isn't different from language of the past. The west simply has a short memory.

Don't be fooled by yet more vaguery, literally nothing about what is happening now is new, or novel, or worth being excited over.

Don't be happy or credit a regime or government with a "win" until we see long lasting results. Not yet more empty promises from the North Korean regime soon to be ignored or walked back from at the slightest hint of provocation or the moment they get what they want. Which is probably food.
