Even if NK did do something, China or Russia wouldn't respond in the way you'd think. China is enjoying too much economic prosperity and they're really about to take it to the next level in the next decade. Russia has enough of its own problems to seriously intervene. No one wants WWIII, especially not for NK
on one level i agree with you...but the other side of me is just :HAAAAAAA: and :krss: at the whole situation.
in my opinion NK is propped up and kept in existence as a middle finger to the U.S. by it's cold war advisories.

First off I live in the east and the only people that talk about nukes are americans. I swear americans have the most powerful military in the world but live in the most fear shyt is comedic, sad and scary at the same time.
second, if China and Russia were to exchange nukes, the U.S would lose as it doesn't have the same land mass to exchange with such huge countries. Russia can mobilize moscow underground in an hour, and put it's eastern front in the siberian region within 2 days. China is a little less prepared but it's got 1.6 billion, even if they lost half, they'd still have a larger population than the U.S. One thing is for certain, is that the U.S is NOT prepared for even 1 nuclear bomb to go off. It would be instant chaos. Americans demand a certain luxury and security that most countries in the east can only dream of. You think the chinese have a problem going without power for a week? but america gets turned off for even 6 hours and mayhem and anarchy would ensue.
Wrong. The way the chinese media is reporting it, is that they feel it's a security breach economically, they'd have to clean up and get ready for an influx of dying north koreans. You cant just nuke a country a few miles away and think china is going to be ok with that, esp since with the fallout and radiation storms blowing that shyt inland. If the U.S tried it, China might attempt to remove the pacific fleet or at least cripple it. at the moment america can't afford to deal with the pacific. China knows that. It's probably why they secretly allowed NK to test those nukes last feb.
